LINDIS, S.L. (hereinafter also referred to as the “Provider”), as the party responsible for this website, makes this document available to users to regulate the use of the website https://www.lindis.com/.
This Legal Notice is intended to ensure compliance with the obligations established by Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the conditions governing access to and use of the website.
Through this website, LINDIS, S.L. provides users with access to and use of various services and content made available by the Provider.
Any person who accesses this website shall be considered a user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Access to and use of the website imply the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.
Users must read this Legal Notice carefully whenever they access the website, as its content may be amended. The Provider reserves the right to modify any information appearing on the website without prior notice. Publication of the amended information on the Provider’s website shall be sufficient notification.

The User is responsible for keeping all information provided to LINDIS, S.L. up to date so that it accurately reflects the User’s circumstances at all times. The User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any loss or damage caused to the Provider or third parties as a result of the information supplied.

2.4. Proper use of the website
The User agrees to use the website in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, generally accepted standards of conduct and public order.
The User must refrain from using the website for unlawful or prohibited purposes, for purposes that infringe the rights or interests of third parties, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overload or impair the Provider’s computer systems, documents, files or content, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation or use of the website.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The Provider accepts no liability for information published on the website where such information has been manipulated, altered or introduced by an unauthorised third party.
The website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it operates correctly. In principle, the Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and does not exclude the possibility of programming errors, technical failures, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes or other circumstances that may prevent or disrupt access to the website.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7. SOCIAL NETWORKS

LINDIS, S.L. may maintain profiles on social networking platforms. The processing of personal data provided by Users when they follow, interact with or otherwise connect to the Provider through these platforms shall be governed by this section, the Provider’s Privacy Policy and the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant social networking platform, as previously accepted by the User.
LINDIS, S.L. may process such data to inform Users about its activities, products or services through its social network profiles and for any other purpose permitted by the applicable platform rules and data protection legislation.
LINDIS, S.L. is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies or processing activities carried out independently by the operators of social networking platforms.
The publication of the following content on the Provider’s social network profiles is prohibited:

• content that is unlawful under national, European Union or international legislation, promotes unlawful activities or otherwise breaches the principle of good faith;

• content that infringes fundamental rights, is offensive or discourteous, harasses other Users or third parties, or may otherwise be considered inappropriate by LINDIS, S.L.; and

• content that infringes the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, human dignity, the protection of minors, public order, privacy, consumer protection, or intellectual and industrial property rights.

LINDIS, S.L. reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content from its website or corporate social network profiles that it considers inappropriate or that breaches the above rules.


8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The website, including, without limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as its designs, logos, text, photographs and graphics, is owned by the Provider or is used under the relevant licence or express authorisation granted by its respective rights holders.
