What Data We Process, Why, and For How Long
Through this website, we collect only the data you provide in the forms and the technical data essential to display the pages. The processing activities are as follows:
Contact Form
- Data: name, company, town or city, email, phone, subject and message.
- Purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you request it, preparing a quote.
- Legal basis: the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, if it does not lead to a business relationship, one additional year. If you become a customer, for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable legal periods.
Commercial Information
- Data: name and email.
- Purpose: sending you LINDIS news and offers by email, only if you check the corresponding box on the contact form.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Retention: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
Online Store Credentials Request
- Data: first name, last name, company, phone and email.
- Purpose: handling your request and, where appropriate, registering you as a user of the online store for business customers.
- Legal basis: the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as you are a user of the store; if the request does not proceed, one year.
Customers and Suppliers
- Purpose: if you are or become a customer or supplier of LINDIS, managing the commercial, administrative, accounting and tax relationship.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Retention: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Technical Server Logs
- Data: IP address, date and time, requested page and technical browser data.
- Purpose: ensuring the security of the website, preventing abuse, such as repeated form submissions, and resolving technical incidents.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest of LINDIS in protecting the website and its forms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: 14 days.
YouTube Videos and Google Maps
- Data: IP address and technical browser data, only if you click a video or the map button.
- Purpose: playing the video or showing the map you have asked to see.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you give by clicking the video or the map button after having been informed (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Subsequent processing: determined by Google Ireland Limited, in accordance with its own privacy policy. You will find more details in our Cookie Policy.
Social Media Profiles
- Data: the public data of your profile and your interactions with the LINDIS profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Purpose: managing the presence of LINDIS on those networks and responding to the messages you send us.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest of LINDIS in managing its profiles (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), within the terms of each social network.
- Retention: for as long as you maintain your relationship with the LINDIS profile. Each social network also processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Where LINDIS relies on legitimate interest, that interest consists of protecting the security of the website and its forms and managing its presence on social media. You may object to this processing as explained in the section on your rights.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms are mandatory. If they are not provided, LINDIS will not be able to handle the request. You warrant that the data you provide is accurate and up to date, and you are liable for any damages that may result from providing false or inaccurate data.
Recipients
LINDIS does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties, except in the following cases:
- where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to respond to a request from a competent authority;
- where necessary to perform a contract or provide the requested service; or
- where you have expressly consented.
Providers that supply LINDIS with web hosting, email and IT systems services access the data only on behalf of LINDIS, under a data processing agreement and following its instructions.
International Transfers
If any processing were to involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, LINDIS will ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism and the safeguards required by applicable law are in place. If you play a YouTube video or load the Google map, Google may process your data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Automated Decision-Making
LINDIS does not make decisions based solely on automated processing or engage in profiling using the data collected on this website.
Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- the right to find out whether LINDIS processes your data and to access it;
- the right to request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- the right to request erasure of your data when the legal requirements are met;
- the right to request restriction of processing;
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest or carried out for direct marketing purposes;
- the right to data portability for data processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or a contract; and
- the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal.

Europa, 18-20, 25241 Golmés (Lleida), Spain. Your request must state the right you are exercising and include sufficient information to verify your identity. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, LINDIS may ask you for the additional information necessary.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Security and Confidentiality
LINDIS applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the risks of the processing. The persons involved in the processing are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Consent and Commercial Communications
Reading this policy does not constitute consent to any processing. When a processing activity requires your consent, it is requested separately, through a clear affirmative action, such as checking a box or clicking a video.
LINDIS does not send commercial communications by email or other electronic means that have not been requested or authorized, except in the cases permitted by Article 21 LSSI. Each communication includes a simple, free way to unsubscribe. You may also withdraw your consent by writing to lopd@lindis.es.
