Electric Belt (e-belt)

Description

Gates develops TPU belts that can transmit electrical energy or signals while incorporating the high tensile strength of steel reinforcement.  

Steel cables are exposed at the ends of the belt for connection to the electrical connector.

Open-ended e-Belts can be cut to custom lengths.

They are available in various distribution belt pitches and flat belts.

The maximum power is determined by the construction and the number of steel cables used for electrical transmission.

• Conventional connectors
• Multiple circuits
