Flexible Couplings for High-Temperature Applications

The flexible couplings in the UltraTemp series can operate continuously at temperatures of up to 180 °C, making them a unique solution in the industry. Furthermore, their three-part design, which allows for axial coupling, combined with their fail-safe feature and maintenance-free characteristic, makes them ideal for demanding environments such as steelworks, lime kilns, drying plants, and marine applications.

The aging resistance of the HighTemp and UltraTemp couplings, even with frequent temperature changes, significantly contributes to the longevity and reliability of the systems in which they are implemented. Additionally, the superior resistance to hydrolysis of the UltraTemp couplings enables them to function in humid environments, including seawater, making them suitable for marine applications and high-humidity settings.

With a nominal torque of up to 11,000 Nm and a maximum torque of 22,000 Nm, depending on the size and application, these couplings are designed for challenging tasks, setting new standards in the industry thanks to their excellent damping and ability to accommodate high radial misalignments.
